  By downloading, installing, or using the Acoustic Binaural Meditation Sound Mixer app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

  Acoustic Binaural Meditation Sound Mixer is a mobile application that provides meditation sounds, binaural audio, and sound mixing capabilities to enhance your meditation and relaxation experience.

  3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  3.1 Subscription Options

  – Monthly subscription: Automatically renews every month

  – Annual subscription: Automatically renews every year

  3.2 Auto-Renewal

  Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior

   to the end of the current period.

  3.3 Cancellation

  You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings:

  – iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

  – Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

  Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires.

  3.4 Pricing

  Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by country. Prices are subject to change with notice.

  4. Premium Features

  Subscription provides access to:

  – Premium meditation sounds

  – Sound recording and playback functionality

  – Unlimited sound combinations

  – Ad-free experience

  5. User Accounts and Privacy

  6. Acceptable Use

  You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  – Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  – Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

  – Share your subscription access with others

  – Use the App to create content that infringes on others’ rights

  7. Intellectual Property

  The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Acoustic Binaural and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

  9. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acoustic Binaural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

  10. Termination

  We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

  11. Refunds

  Refund requests are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds.

  12. Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

  13. Governing Law
